    Last evening I actually cooked!! I did lamb cutlets, roast potatoes, suet pudding and peas. So obviously, that was what I had for my tea!! Very Happy
    Made a change from toast and cereal!!

    Sunday 28th- Roast chicken with all the trimmings
    Monday 29th- Creamy chicken bake with crusty bread

    Today- tuna & mayo with spicy cous-cous. A bit of an odd mixture, but went down OK.

    Been having a lot of birthday cake this week . Little Miss Darky Junior was 2 on Halloween. And yes, she is scary.

    Tonight it was turkey meatballs in a spicy sauce, with veg and mash.

    Tuesday - pizza

    Wednesday - mini kievs and super noodles

    Today- burger and chips

    A bad week for calories so far. But hey, I'm 6'3'', I can carry a bit extra. And you've got to fatten up for those cold winter days.
