You get to the hard drive by removing the key board. There are 3 or 4 very small catches which you can depress with a small screw driver (an electrical screw driver) and then lift off the key board and careful not to dislodge the cable. Get a bios update from www.gericom.com look in support, driver download then the 6411 is actually an overdose 2200c. Download the bios and chipset updates. The chipsets install easily but the bios is a win image file. Download a trial version of winimage and decompress the file into the 8 sub files. Make a dos boot floppy disk by using format disk then add the bios files to the disk. Leave the disk in the floppy drive, the restart....It took me 5 years to find out why my 6411 kept crashing...finally the new bios sorted it out......Andrew
