Transferring Phone Credit...

Basically, I bought a Motorola L6 2 weeks ago for £50, when bought with £10 Airtime. I asked them if they could put the £10 Airtime onto my existing Sim Card, but they denied it and said it'll have to go onto my new card. Is there anyway I can transfer over the Airtime credit onto my New Phone, because I don't want to change my mobile number.

    Many thanks

phone orange and without referencing with whats happened before, just simply ask them to transfer credit from one account to another, as long as security can be confirmed on each account on that phone call and the 10pound is actually credit and not something else you legally can do transfer it to your other account, escalate to there t/leader if they refuse
