Can anyone help me, please?

Both me and my husband are a small business and travel a lot. Mostly in the Far East. Our biggest problem is having to buy a local sim card in each country we go to. This posses a serious problem for people who are trying to contact us from another country. Also it means that our business contacts need to be armed with huge number of mobile phone numbers and of course, they have no idea which country we're in. We've been told that there is a simple way around this problem - can anyone tell me if there is a contract we can buy that covers the world?
