orange welcome message

Hi

i bought a 2nd hand nokia phone , in great nick but it has a really annoying welcome message from Orange that it will not let me delete on its memory.

Does anyone know if there is a way to get this off the phone as it shows as an unread message constantly

nokia repair centres which are located with nokia retail shops have the ability of flashing the handset with nokias original software, it'll change everything to nokia's way, nk aren't to keen to do this though. good luck
