    Have recently purchased Sony Bravia LCD TV and am looking for an 80GB DVD recorder with HDMI input/output. Would like to spend < £250 if possible so am looking for recommendations. Will mainly be used for watching movies so picture quality is of prime importance.

    The Panasonic DMR-EH68 has 320GB and HDMI output upscaling, it doens't have HDMI as an input though. I've written more about it here Panasonic DMR-EH68 review
