faulty laptop screen

Hi there,



new to this forum so....hello! I'm hoping someone will be able to help with this problem.



I have a Samsung V25 laptop. Within the first year it developed a problem with the screen in that pink dots started appearing in the blue and red started appearin the black. We sent it off and it was fixed under warranty, but I never established what the problem was and how they fixed it.



Now, another year on the same thing has happened again. I do not think it is the screen itself that is the problem, as occasionally if you wiggle it a little it comes good. I was wondering whether maybe it was the screen cable that could be faulty? Does anyone have any ideas? If not.....anyone know a reliable repairer that isn't going to cost the earth?
