Semi Permanent Hair Color removal products?

I have naturally medium-light blonde hair. I recently dyed it a color called Blood Red (by Special Effects). Its not permanent and should wash out in two weeks or so, after which i planned on dying it back to blonde, but i really cant wait that long. I kinda hate the color and I think it looks horrible on me. I read on some site something about hair color removal products made for semipermanent color. I understand that they strip the hair and everything but im wondering if they actually work. Also what products (that are availible in the united states) would b e reccomended? And what should i keep in mind?
