Hi Roger, The VTi's are not very comon cars and even less a turbo converted one, but if you are up for it you could either have one fitted on a aspirated engine the trick is to lower the compression of the engine so the turbo can stick more air in it, you can do that by fitting low compression pistons (costly) or a thicker mutly layer head gasket, with the pistons you could run 1 bar and double the power of the engine with the gasket it would be more like 0.5 bar, kits cost around 800-1000 pound.
But, there is an other option to make your Honda fly and that is to fit an Vtec engine like the 2.2 wich fit in the Civic and is a very comon engine and can be obtained for little money and if you can get your hands on a 2.2 type-r it would ad another 30 hp although there is not a lot of differance between the 2.2vtec and the 2.2type-r only the throtle body is bigger and the head has slightly bigger ports.
If it is all to much hassle for ya I hope you will find your VTi

Not trying to be mean mate but good luck finding one, i use to own one 93 VTI, very good and reliable cars grate performance as standard for a 1.6 lots of good styling products. However its very hard to find one in good condition most have been screwed to the max and falling apart. You can find 98 Integra type R for £5,000 with 80000miles, might be worth looking into one of them, no need for turbos grate car as standard lush recaro seats grate handling and Quick, gives subaru impreza turbo 2000 a good race from lights. As you can tell i now own one Iv had 145Mph@8200RPM(engine still wanted more) and 0-60 in 6.5 Sec(with optimax petrol) as standard from factory NOT BAD
