EDL 70 notebook from Compal/DTK

I have a beautiful notebook, which I'm proud of. I would ask you to help me on two issues.

1. I bought the laptop brand new, but the guy who sold it to me forgot or didn't have the soft for the tv tuner. He even told me he didn't find any external port for antenna - was under a sticker cover. Is there any way that you can send me that soft? I tried several ones, but appearantly they do not recognize the tv card - Fly TV Platinum35 mini 2.

2. I tried to install some linux systems - SUSE 10.0, Knoppix, Xandross, but every one stops suddenly at random moments; it was supposed that video card is the problem. Can you give me any ideea about this issue?
