A52 won't ring

I know someone has already asked about phones not ringing and a solution was found. However I tried that solution but it wouldn't work.



I have messed around with the phone for a bit trying varies ways changing the settings. The volume is on full, vib has been switched on /off and silent has been switched off. Nothing works. I know the sound works but when trying to listen to ring tones no sound comes out.



Anyone got any ideas.
