    We have a "No Disk" error on our JVC XV-NP10S DVD player. Any advice as to how to start troubleshooting it? How do I locate a good repair place?

    More information: I've taken off the cover, and it appears the motor is not spinning. Any idea how hard it is to get to the motor?
