    You have to go for the new 2007 ghd mark 4 straighteners. It has a auto switch off function, better heat regulation and a 2 year warratty. Got mine delivered the other day - they are great. got them from

    http://www.haircareheaven.co.uk

    only £116.99, got a free heat spray, a heat proof mat and delivery included and a vouchure to send off for another spray. if you get them don't forget to register them at the ghd website to enter a fab VIP competiton.

    I got my ghd straighteners from http://www.salonlines.co.uk and they weren't too expensive. Fair enough there are cheaper straighteners out there but I have always found they product poorer results.

    Visit the http://www.salonlines.co.uk/ghd-hair-straighteners/ - They are £99.95 with a free silk results shampoo and conditioner or brush and mat - this is a great offer! I got mine with the free shampoo and conditioner worth about £18.

    I did a little research on the price of GHDs on the 'net:
    * www.salonlines.co.uk - £99.95 with free shampoo and conditioner worth (£18.95) - without £98.95
    * www.lookfantastic.co.uk -£119.00 (Non-members) & £99.99 (Members)
    * www.ukhairdressers.co.uk - couldn't find ghd hair straighteners
    * www.jasonshankey.co.uk - £102.95 with a free heat mat - without £98.99
    * www.amazon.co.uk - £102.00
