o2 set to ban 07744 numbers as part of inclusive minutes(5 Messages)

    From 1st June 2006, inclusive minutes cannot be used to call numbers with the 07744 and 07755 prefix. These calls will be charged at 25p per minute at all times.

    Old news, o2 stopped 07744 and now 0870 etc. However if you speak to the nice guys at the carphone warehouse, they allow you to ring 08 numbers. Make all your international calls through 0870 and 0415649. GREAT...DO NOT WORRY ABOUT ALL ORANGE PROBLEMS. If Orange don't work, remember you can still do 07744 and 973249 through T-Mobile and Vigin as well if you want. Good luck.

    07744 now charged for on all networks except Virgin. 07744 and 973249 still allowed with inclusive minutes with them and 0870 number above still working o.k. on all o2 contracted prior to 27th April 07and on contracts taken out with Carphone Warehouse since. Very Happy
