Cheapest usable Toshiba with Harmon Kardon sound?

I've heard about some Toshibas having a problem with the CPU's overheating and shutting off. Don't want that. What I do want is an inexpensive laptop with good built in sound that doesn't have any serious design flaws. Which Toshibas are the cheapest ones with Harmon Kardon sound? Older units are fine by me. Thanks!
