CL75 not ringing/ won't ring

Hello all.



I've had my CL75 phone for a few months now and I have never had any problems with it. However, yesterday, when I was in 'Phone Set-up', I accidentally selected 'Master Reset'. This didn't make any difference to my phone really (other than I had to reconfigure all my ring tones/ message tones and profiles) but ever since then my phone will not ring. I can see that a call is coming through, but I cannot hear a ring tone (almost as if my phone is on silent). I have done all the checks and everything is as it should be (i.e. my phone is not in silent), so I don't understand at all. I haven't had this problem before.



Oh, and my message alerts are fine when a message comes through.



Hope this makes sense and that someone can help.

I did the same thing just a few weeks back. if you havent sorted it yet then:



Menu - Ringtones (the bell icon) - calls- tone settings. make sure 'On' is selected.



For Message tones make sure 'On is selected in the 'tone settings' in the same list as the ringtones ect.

Oh, thank you. For some reason, though, when I went into that menu it looked like it was already set, but it seems to be working OK after my check anyway. Bizarre!



Now, could you tell me how to turn off my vibrate. I have been through all my menus for the vibration and it looks like it should be turned off, but it's not!

To turn off vibrate

settings - scroll down and un-check the 'vibrate' option - press any button to go back to standby screen.

that should do it.

You would think so, wouldn't you? That option is unchecked yet I'm still vibrating away! I think my phone is mental!
