    just have it shipped via registered firearms dealer and it will cost you a crisp £20. I personally wouldn't touch one though as I've used them in the past and found the bolt action has to travel a fair old way to re chamber a round, is slow to use and reload and virtually impossible to sell. IMHO your money would be far better spent on a semi-auto or pump-action.

    I wasn't so much interested in the gun for its practical use as I was interested in a piece of shooting history and a gun that I could keep and use for many years. My fathers old single barrel now belongs to my brother in law, had I gotten my licence earlier on in my life I may have had that as my first gun. I would have kept it in perfect condishion and given it to my son and his son after that.

    i read your old message...and yes there are bolt action shotguns...i have a 12 bore. single shot....m 80....belgum i think

    I've never seen anything at 12bore... I've seen umpteen .410's and even what I think was a 20bore.. Didnt catch the caliber, but it was definatly bigger than .410...
