Can anyone help me who has a Siemens SF65... I will be eternally gratefull!

The screen has recently broken on my Siemens SF65. Virgin mobile (with whom I purchased the phone) have offered to send me a replacement SF65 within the next few days. The problem however is that my contact list is saved to the phone memory rather than the sim memory. Virgin explained that they could not help me solve this problem however they advised me to speak to someone who had a handset.

My handset is still functioning in that I can still make and receive calls etc; merely the screen is not visible. If possible I need someone to give me step by step instructions of how to save my addressbook to the sim memory (without needing to see the screen). Unfortunately I do not know anyone with the same handset, which would able me to solve this problem and the phone companies seem to incompetant to help me. I realise this is a complicated request and I would be sooooo pleased if anyone could help me with this.
