Hi
Has anybody tried IE7 Beta? I've jsut downloaded it and I think it's a pretty mixed bag - although generally a great improvement on its predecessors.
I'm not sure about losing the classic windows menu features, and some of the features are hidden behind opaguely designed buttons, but it does seem a lot faster than IE6. -

I have tried IE7 beta 3 and feel it's still nothing on Mozilla Firefox or Avant Browser (which hooks into IE6). But it still is in beta form so it might be ok when finalized and released to the public.

Have now been using full release version of IE7 for about a month now and to be quite honest have not found a single fault with it. Tabbed browsing is excellent and have had NO crashes or infections at all from it. I highly recommend the use of this program and all u have to do is take your time and patience and you will find all editing tools, plus more, the more u look into it. If your computer is up to date with Virus Scanners, add-ware & spy-ware programs you will have no probs using IE7. (to all those people out there using Mozilla etc, DO NOT THINK YOU ARE IMMUNE from viruses etc. ANY COMPUTER is open to virus attacks). Stick with trusted sites only and steer clear of any site you feel is a problem. IT ALL COMES DOWN TO COMMON SENSE!!!!!!!1
That is all and have a Happy Xmas and a Merry New Year.
