Help with NEC411i mobile

I've recently purchased the above phone which comes with NEC Mobile Suite. I am having problems downloading MP3 ringtones into the 'Sounds' folder on the phone. Everytime I download from my PC they go into the MP3 folder and I can't move them into 'Sounds', its driving me around the bend! Must be a simple answer? Any help we be much appreciated
