Cannot transfer photo's from KM-Z2 to my computer.

I recieved this camera as a gift in Aug. 2005. I have just started using it, but have been unable to download my photos on my XP equipped PC{Dell Dimension 8200}. I have installed and uninstalled the software 3 times. I also tried to download to Picture It 2002,{Works Suite}, and get an internal error message, telling me to check for TWAIN Drivers. As far as I can tell, they are installed. I have e-mailed KM twice with no response. Can anybody help.

You should try just connecting it up to the computer using a USB cable. Then go to my computer and locate the drive; you may then be able to click and drag the files to and from the camera. This could be made easier if you have a memory card.
