    Hi all, I got a LG RH7500 HDD/DVD recorder for christmas

    I have tried to record or dubb some stuff I recorded from

    the TV it was on the hard drive and I want to put it onto

    disc so I can save it and also I would like to watch these

    dvd's in the various other machines I have around the house



    I could not get the discs to play on any other machine is

    this because it is not finalized or is the copy protection

    system doing something?

    If the disks are not finalised they will not play on other machines.



    I know the manual is a bit daunting however it is in there (just takes a long time to find) Page 56 section3

    Can i ask if this dvd recorder is multi region as i want to get one but need to play my region 1 dvds

    Cati    disc tray should be out then hit the 0 button 6/7 times and hey presto multi region
