BATTERY CLIP FALIURE!!!



I'm starting this topic because i'm having a problem with my lobster and i know that there have been others with the same problem and i am trying to get through to head office with info from other unhappy customers. if you post here you can use the posts as a back up to your claim. please add your post asap, i'm aiming to get this problem sorted for all of us.

I also have one of these mobile and the same thing has occurred. I only bought it in January 2006 and already it does not work. I am having trouble finding any contact details to speak to someone, so anything anyone has will help. thanks.
