I live in a council flat and really want to get on the housing ladder. The thing is I had a CCJ about 3 years ago but since then my finances have been OK. Can I still get a mortgage? -

Hello Beaz
you know having CCJs does not exclude you from being eligible for a loan, best advice would be to do more research before you even contact anyone, believe me extra research will get you further then you thought possible
you’ll find plenty of free information to get started, and if you need any questions, feel free to email me, good luck Beaz -

I would suggest you speak with an impartial mortgage broker who ideally will not charge a fee for his service to obtain truly best advice.
