Panasonic GD67 - Alarm Problems

There is an alarm icon on my screen that I've been trying to get rid off as it sets off an alarm at 6.40am which is far too early for me. I've gone through the phone to check if any alarms are set - and they aren't. I also can't find anything in the scheduler. Can anyone help me as I don't want to be woken up at 6.40am for ever!

PS. I've also tried turning the phone off, but it still rings!
