I noticed that if you are on a 3 contract not an offpeak one ,you can dial 0871 numbers for 10p a minute from within a 3 catchment area(15p a min if it goes via 02).

I have been able to dial India landline and mobile,also Pakistan for 10p a minute by using the access number .The line quality is good.
