I want honest opinions, for and against this phone.

My friends thinking of buying it and has asked me to research it. Its sounds good. But all the Motos that people i know have had have broken most frequently (unlike other brands), so I never touch them.

    Discuss away!

Just bought one- the V3X (UMTS). Haven't used it much yet but the software is certainly much better than the previous versions. I have noted the updating the address book via the computer is very slow.

Does anybody know how to unlock thois model?

i've had my v3 for 7 months now and i wished i would of researched into the phones available around in June! I hate my phone with a passion I just cant wait till May so i can get the latest Nokia N Series - Whether it would be a Nokia N70 or N80! Please do not buy the V3 - you will only be disappointed. It looks good but thats all its got going for it, I will never have another Motorola again! However your mate would of bought the phone by now so it doesnt really matter!!!
