Corsa power problems

I posted this back in Aug . I had the same problem. Mention the below solution to the garage. Or if you know any mechanics they might be able to do it. Seems to be a flaw with these cars according to the seward garage I took mine to. Bit annoying that we have to pay for it though. Just hoping it won't happen to me again!

I have a 973cc R reg vauxhall corsa. the car starts and the engine sounds fine but when I drive it there is no power. No lights come on but when the car is stationary you can rev the engine.
Does anyone know what the problem could be or how to solve it?

hi.
ive just bought a 1999 1 litre 3 cylinder corsa.
my dad was driving it home and it started losing power on hills, and a light came on the dashboard.
anyone know whats wrong???
help greatly apprectiated!!

my daughter had the same problem with her corsa so i called the rac out and it turned out to be the connection at the back of the dashboard,was just the connection .so dont go spending hundreds of pounds when you dont need to.
