HI GUY HERE.
I HAVE Delt with LS INPORTS. OVER THE LAST YEAR............NOT INPRESSD FOR STARTERS.
WHAT EVER YOU DO DONT THINK ABOUT BUYING FROM THEM UNLESS YOU ARE A FULLY QUALIFIED MACANIC AS YOU WILL HAVE TO ASSEMBLE THE BIKE YOUR SELF WITH SOME FRIDAY NIGHT CHINEESE INSTRUCTIONS AND ALL THAT FOR A THREE MONTH WARRENTY.
AS FOR THE XTQ-- OR THE HELL FIRE. JUST THROW THE HUNK OF JUNK IN THE SKIP.
I BOUGHT ONE BECAUSE OF ITS LOOKS AND APEAL WAVY DISKS ETC.....
HEAR A JUST SOME OF THE THINGS THAT WENT WRONG WITH MINE AFTER A MEAR THREE WEEKS.
FIRST OF ALL IT RUNNS REALLY BAD.
AFTER JUST TWO DAYS I NEEDED A NEW SPEEDO.
THEN IT WAS THE COIL
THEN THE FLASHER UNIT AND STARTER SOLINOID.
IT WILL EAT THRUGH THROTTLE CABLES IN NO TIME AT ALL. ( MABE 5 IN 8 MONTHS)
AS FOR WELDING TO MY SHOCK HORROR THE FRAME SNAPPED WHILE I WAS RIDING TO WORK !!
TRULY IS NOT WORTH IT.. I WILL SEND ANY ONE WHO WANTS TO SEE PICTURES.
AND WHEN YOU DO GET PROBLEMS GOD HELP YOU WHEN YOU TRY TO RING YOU ARE LUCKY TO SPEEK TO ANY ONE. GET PARTS. YOU WILL BE DENIED PARTS ON WARRENTY.
BEST THING I EVER DID WAS GET RID OF THAT DEATH TRAP.
THE ONLY GOOD THAT CAME OUT OF ME GETTING THAT BIKE WAS I MET KEVIN THOMAS.
I NOW OWN WHAT IS THE BEST CHINEESE BIKE ON THE MARKET THAT IS THE PULS ADDRENALIN 125. FANTASTIC BIKE CAN NOT FAULT IT AT ALL.
THANKS TO THE HELP OF KEVIN I SENT THE XTQ BACK.
IF YOU WANT A BIKE THAT HAS GOOD QUALITY,DELIVERED TO YOUR DOOR WITH A 12 MONTH WARRENTY NOT A POXY 3 MONTH. ASSEMBLED REGESTERED READY TO ROLL FORM A FORMIDABLE RELIABLE DEALER THAT IS ALLWAYS THERE TO HELP NO MATTER HOW BIG OR SMALL THE PROBLEM THEN KEVIN THOMAS IS YOUR MAN.
JUST VISIT www.kevsbikes.co.uk and you will see for yourself. -

set my valves to 0.6. better manual (ahahahahaha) says 0.5 honda manual says 0.8 so 0.6 is a compromise, but then feeler guages are never accurate anyway, try them with a micrometer ! but rather a little too slack than too tight. -

I'm beginning to think this forum is all written by kevsbikes!!
I go back to the answer to all the queries which is that these bikes are perfectly ok providing there are properly assembled , properly maintained and used properly. I have seen so many people now who buy a bike off ebay, bung it together and then get on it and ride it. A colleague at work did exactly that, and when I finally got my hands on the bike it was a death trap, with loose wheel nuts, low oil, tyres not inflated, battery not strapped in etc etc ALL DOWN TO HIM!!! The people who sell bikes in boxes aren't to blame, its the people who put them together.
YOU MUST HAVE THE BIKE PROFESSIONALY SET UP, AND PUT PROPER OIL IN.
If any of you are considering buying a chinese bike from LS Imports, (who incidentally I have bought from time & time again) and want it built and PDI'd properly feel free to PM me.
Bikes I've had include Shineray GY125 (still have) , Lifan (various) Gorilla Monkey Bike, FYM 250 , and more. All trouble free.
I also run a Harley StreetRod so experience both ends of the spectrum! -

HI
I got a Better BT125 and it's been a great runner, though next time I'd probably go for something a bit less bulky and heavy. It got blown over in some really high winds so now I need new front indicator casings. Anyone know which other bikes may have compible indicators. I'd rather look for something scrap/ second hand than fork out for 2 new ones
cheers
J
