Has anyone got the old terms and conditions for clubmobile????

When I first joined with a 3 contract they said that rebates had to be sent to bring line rental down from £40 to £14 in months 7, 10 and 13 and didn't really expand on that.

I did what they said and they rejected my claim because they said I had broken their terms. It's hardly surprising because I looked at their website and their terms have changed to the most complicated terms and conditions I have ever seen. If you want to see for yourself just check out www.clubmobile.co.uk and click on terms and conditions at the bottom.

At the bottom of the term and conditions they have the rebate requirements and they are just stupid.

Of course they are denying that the terms and conditions have changed.

Basically, could someone provide me with the old terms and conditions from February time or maybe a bit later so I can sue them.

    Can anyone help???

    Hi

This thier terms and conditions as copied from thier website and yes they have refused my claim as well on the same grounds so the message is CLUBMOBILE Is TRYING TO CONN THIER CUSTOMERS BY LYING >

    25. **With regards to any line rental offer on a Three talkplan, cash back

will be paid in months 7, 10 and 13, for the difference between the quoted

line rental, and the ammount that you are charged by Three. The first

payment (Month 7) will cover the previous six months reduced line rental.

The remaining two payments (months 10 and 13) will cover the previous

three months reduced line rental. You must provide copies of your previous

three statement, showing prompt payment. You must claim these in the 7th,

10th and 13th months, and within 28 days of receipt of the previous months

bill. Payments will only be made via BACS. (Bank transfer direct to your

    bank account)

I am taking club mobile to the small claims court for the same reasons and i have just printed off their current T & Cs and they have changed 2/5/2006 since my previous print off in December 2005. Do you have a full copy of the T & Cs you could display or email them to me. It will help me in court. Anyone with a print out in March 2005 and proof of date woyuld also be appreciated.

    Many thanks

    Hi,

I am having the same problems with clubmobile, they are really messing me around and I now feel like I will never get my money back from them. I have been advised to take them to the small claims court (by trading standards/consumer direct). Apparently this is my only option.

This company should not be allowed to get away with conning people out of their hard earned cash. If anyone managed to get a copy of the old terms and conditions can you please email them to me on nimi5h4@hotmail.com.

Can I ask the person who posted the message in May 2006, how your claim process is going? please email me and let me know how you got on with it. maybe if we all take them to smal claims court other people wont be conned.
