Keys Stolen

Hello
New member here. I recently had my house burgled and all sets of keys to my 96 Honda Civic were stolen (along with the car). When the car was found obviously I couldn't start it. Now I only have the 'red' key and the dealer are stating all sorts of silly prices to get the problem sorted out.

I would be grateful if anyone else knows of a easier solution to my problem.
