Switch tarffif half way through contract?

I am a very unhappy Vodafone customer and want to change my contract to another network - does anyone know of a network that will buy me out of my existing contract? I have been with Vodafone for 8 years and have chosen a Nokia 6680 which is a nightmare and want another handset but they are not interested. Any ideas?
