Can I recommend the following? I am an experienced Aesthetic Nurse and have been using skin peels and Jan Marini products to clear acne and scarring for the last 5 years.
    Jan Marini products to use.
Benzoyl peroxide, kills p acne bacteria that causes spots, use either cleanser or cream
Acne gel or bioclear, both contain glycolic, a resurfacer as well as acne clearing ingredients
Transformation cream for scarring, contains transforming growth factor to heal scars
there are lots more products but these are the basics to start with
If you can't get to a clinic for peels try a once weekly at home peel, such as DCL.
You need to be consistent and address other issues such as diet, exercise, stress, hormonal influences such as mirena coil, obviously discuss this with your GP.

Hi guys was thinking of getting the pixel laser treatment has anybody out there tried it and if so what are the results and also any side effects?? Im extremely scared of getting this done as iv never had any form of laser done on my face so sounds really harsh. Plus iv been told that it feels like you've been sunburnt afterwards...never experienced a sun burn either so wouldn't know what that feels like!! Is this treatment painful??

I am currently controlling my acne with anti-biotics and iv started using glycolic n mandelic based products by ISHTAR SKINLIGHTS....i have found these products brilliant. They really dry out your spots without major falking or peeling and smooth/refine the texture of your skin too, and what's even better they arent extremely expensive compared to other stuff out there. Also most of the ingredients in these products are natural and organic. For anyone interested in trying them they also send you free samples to try 1st so your not wasting your money if you find you don't like them.

p.s: has anybody heard of acneprill? And if so do these tablets really work??
