Hi there, I need some advice, got married in July, payed for everything at the hotel, there was a choice of main course, so we paid for the most expensive for everyone, also payed 2 glasses of wine for everyone and coffee/tea for after the dancing. We were told that afterwards we would receive our final bill with the reimbursement. Almost all my guests had the cheapest course, several people did not have wine and we never had the second cofee/tea. We sent a thank you card along with a letter asking for the final bill, several e-mails and no answer. What should we do? Everything was agreed verbally between us and the hotel manager.
