Advice: Phone with decent Organiser / Calendar

I'm looking for a phone I can sync with MS Outlook and which has a really good Organiser/Calendar app.

A friend has the SonyEric k750i and its looks pretty good but its expensive and all I really want from a phone is ..

- to make calls
- to sync with outlook (infrared and usb if possible)
- pay as you go would be nice
- long battery
- must work in UK, Ireland and mainland EU

In particular I'd like a phone that has a Organiser/Calendar view that looks like the Outlook weekly view, where a week is represented a collection of vertical columns, one for each day.
I don't need camera's and all those fancy features - but I wouldn't exclude a phone just cos its got that stuff.

try motorola l6!!! its cheap bt im nt sure bout outlook, it does av a sync feature bt i dnt use it!!
