Portable mp3 player question-looking for some spec

I am looking for a decent portbale mp3 player with some accessories. I use my mp3 plater for one thing, when i work out and go jogging. Problem is I like to load upa lot of songs, but if I want to skip a track its cumbersome. See blwo for what I would want. Recommendations are greatly appreciated!!

Scenario #1 (i'll take this)
-belt clip
-i can flip through tracks easily from the headphone cord, not the unit itself (if this exists)

Scenario #2 (ideal!)
-belt clip
-wireless headphones (blue tooth??) with ability to flip through tracks from the headphones and not the unit (probably a streth, but i figured i'd ask)
