i have just moved into a new flat and i there is a indesit wg1130t washing machine. i have no operating instructions and when i try to use the machine it spins and water goes in but the powder and fabric softner stay in the drawer compartment. could anyone please help me and tell me what im doing wrong.

Hi! Dude.

You are not doing anything wrong - this is a common fault on this model especially if you live in a hard water area. Pull out drawer unit - it comes right out of machine chassis. When out - on the right side is a push on top above the faric softener tray. Clean it out and blow thru to make sure it is clear. Just make sure all the drawer water feeds are clear. Run the drawer under hot water to dissolve any soap build up that has re-hardened. That should clear it all then do a hot wash. If that does not clear the problem - you may need to run a Washing Mashine/Dishwasher cleaner through it - without clothes in - to break down the soap. That should clear it all.
