    my d500 is on orange but i have a virgin sim and it always asks for the network lock. there is space to put a code in. does anyone know it? cheers, rob

    The d500 is a samsung phone, not siemens. Samsung have updated the software on their handsets so taht they cannot be unlocked by the free code which is circulating the net.

    Most of the new samsungs can only be unlocked by cable and software.
