Samsung E600 - data cable - Problem!

    Today I bought a data cable for my Samsung E600. I install EasyStudio PIMS & File Manager, but when I try to download my nombers in my phone book, i cant.

    My question is can you give me some program with who i can download my photos, videos and ect. Pleace help me! Rolling Eyes

    I ve got the same software for my E800.

    Cant get it to read the sim or the phone!

    Iam trying to rescue my phonebook.

    Any ideas? Smile

    The problem that you are having with PIMS and file manager is that the software is not connecting to the phone. When the phone connects the phonebook will import automatically.



    Can I ask what model of data cable you have, what operating software your PC is running and what version of PC Studio that you are running.

    iv just bought the data cable for my e770 - i cant get it to work at all - im well annoyed and very confused! i bought it so i could put some decent tunes onto my phone from my pc! iv installed the software that came with the cable - but the phone doesn't seem to be connecting to my pc.... i don't know - can somebody PLEASE HELP ME!!!??? Confused

    hey brav3h3art.....i have Samsung E600...and my problem is just as same as the others...i have the original software and the usb, but when i install it ant put the usb in the pc, the phone just recharges and the program doesn't recognize it at all...i have Windows Xp Pro SP2, the model of the data cabel is KQ-U8A and the softwear is Samung PC studio II ver 1.0.0.3
    hopefully u can still help me...i'll really appreciate cause i have some pics on my phone that I really need to get on my pc....i hope u can help me...i'll be thankful for life...
