I need help please!!!!!!!

I have purchased the GigaAir 2525 as I wanted to watch sky on the bedroom tv. I have a magic eye that enables me to watch it in the back living room.... So anyway I have tried for 3days to get the blumin thing to transmit upstairs AND I CAN'T DO IT I have followed the instructions (even though theres not a lot to follow) All I can get is the sound but no picture (Just the blue AV screen)I don't care if you laugh and call me thick I just want help, because I have come to the conclusion I am dense. I have the reciever box upstairs (set to the same frequencey as the transmitter downstairs) The transmitter has a scart going from the box to the tv and a scart going from sky box to transmitter. Please what I am doing wrong.Anyone please help (my partner has given me til friday to sort it..my ears are well bashed)
