It works for a little while than your body builds resistance to the medicine & stops working, plus it irritated my skin terrible which can cause more breakouts. I do not recommend it at all but I think it's wonderful that it does work for some.

I’ve been training for 8 months and my face started breaking out three weeks after I started using creatine. I’ve had success using SkinB5, which is a powder that I mix with my shake and it cleared my acne in 4 weeks.

If I stop using supplements my acne clears. If I use supplements, I have acne and more strength. If your suffering acne like I did I recommend http://www.skinb5.com it cleared my face and back acne very quickly.

I'm on accutane now because nothing has worked, the only thing I regret is not getting on it when I was younger, I now have a lot of scars and I don't think anything over the counter works

I tired proactiv and it was a complete waste of money. All it did was dry out my skin, but the pimples got worse. I'm now using SkinB5 and its absolutely fantastic!

Like most acne treatments Proactiv gets a mixed feedback. It seems that about 60% of the
reviews are on the positive side (note: mildly positive is also positive) while the rest would
advice you to stay away from Proactiv.
So Should You Use Proactic? In short - NO

First of all, Proactiv has as much chance of curing your acne as a chimp in a beauty contest.
It just doesn't happen. You may get temporary result, but the root cause of acne remains and
once you stop using Proactiv (or probably even before) acne will come back.

    Secondly, it's expensive.

Thirdly, Proactiv has side effects: Most people report that Proactiv irritates their skin.
This is due to benzoyl peroxide, alcohol and other harsh chemicals in Proactiv.
Especially if you have a sensitive skin, you can expect some of the following symptoms:
    - Itchy Skin
    - Skin goes red
    - Dry and Flaky skin

If you are one who are adamant about using a topical product instead of going to the ROOT
cause of your Acne, then I would recommend Acnezine instead.

Unlike most acne products Acnezine doesn't kill acne bacteria.
Instead Acnezine works on the cause of acne. By neutralizing toxins and poisons Acnezine
gives the liver more time to deal with hormones that cause your skin to produce more oil.
Fewer toxins and bacteria and less oil means no clogged pores and 'bye bye pimples'.

In theory Acnezine should be able to cure everybody's acne, but in reality it doesn't. Since we are all
different it's impossible to tell in advance whether Acnezine is enough to cure your acne or not.
To really break free from acne, detox and healthy lifestyle are my first recommendations.

    Thanks
