Dadamobile problems

My son cleverly signed me up for Dadamobile's subscription service (£3 a week). To unsubscribe from the service you need to text STOP to 83353, however every time i try this from my 3 phone the message fails to send. I have tried contacting Dadamobile by email numerous times but they have failed to reply, and they are based in Italy so i cant really phone them. Has anyone else had this problem and solved it? Or maybe someone can tell me where i can find the UK business address for Dadamobile? Any help appreciated as Three's customer service are rubbish and havent helped in 4 calls.
