help needed on three mobiles

ive just got myself an nec e338 phone from threemobile.com

i was led to believe that i had to pay £1.89 per month for a year and with that i get 500 free minutes of talk time. 100 free texts and also 20 minutes free video time.

i feel that this website has mislead me on what i am paying. i called up and they said i have to pay £35 per month but i argued that it was only £1.89 per month and they said i should get in touch with the dealer.

i have left the link for you to look at and draw your own conclusions. if i have to pay £35 a month they can sing for it.

My advice is make sure you get a screen shot of the offer and a print out, then they haven't got a leg to stand on.

Your deal is with the retailer or supplier. The contract with 3 will be at standard rates which you are committed to. The difference is payable by the dealer but you must satisfy the terms and conditons of the offer exactly. You must supply a copy (or original bill) and it must reach the dealer within the qualifying period.

This is a classic cashback deal and you have to be careful to read the small print carefully, the network are not responsible for honouring special offers initiated by their dealers - so beware!
