What happens at the end of a contract?(2 Messages)

    When my contract is due to end, will Vodafone write to me before it, telling me that my contract is about to end so that I can choose to continue it or cancel it? I've never had a contract before and just want to know for upgrade purposes / buying new phone purposes. Thanks!

    In my experience you don't receive notification from Vodafone.



    If you want to cancel you have to give 30 days notice in writing to:



    Vodafone Disconnections

    PO BOX 549

    Banbury

    OXON

    OX17 3ZJ



    I suggest using recorded post to avoid the "Didn't receive it reply".
