A new wbsite I found is the following : Dogmatik. It offers great reviews of releases (underground, indie sometimes more mainstream) in all genres, clearly focusing on electronic, experiemental, indie, industrial, rock... Really great reviews. They also have a band databse with bio, discography and possible price guide (great info for collectors) and some background on real collectors rarities...
