It seems there is some confusion about this issue. First of all I would like to make it clear that it is illegal to ride a de-restricted 50cc bike at the age of 16 and in no way am I endorsing this act.

The Ludix Blaster has two main restrictions.
The first is in the exhaust. In the pipe coming out of the engine (underneath the bike), before reaching the muffler can, there is a pipe that has been welded on, which goes away from the pipe and is then sealed at the end. To derestrict this part, you must remove the pipe and weld over the gap it leaves. This allows the exhaust to function properly, and gives you more power.
The second restriction in the Ludix Blaster is in the variator. To derestrict this is more complicated, and requires an impact wrench, and other tools. For this part of the derestriction, I would strongly advise you get a proper mechanic to do it, as if done incorrectly may cause problems with your bike.

Of the two derestrictions, the variator derestriction is the most effective, as it greatly increases top speed and performance overall, whereas the muffler derestriction gives a moderate increase in acceleration.

ok , you know the crank casing , the black bit where the kcik start is theres a fuse thing under there u take out, that the first part which is electronic derestriction.
then theres a pipe on the exhause if u follow the exhause back from the end towards the engine just after the ben (to the left ) u will see a pipe that goes back into the engine, u need to cut that off and then weld the hole back up, alternativly buy a good exhause i recommend leo vince zx (hand made ) chrome finish to avoid the weldin gi did it and mine goes 60 no probs

... Happy riding any questions just drop me a message

    dont touch the cdi
it limits revs you'll blow it up and it will still be restricted u need to remove the crankcasing the chip is under there
