got the wrong topup

    I went and bought £10 of topup for my O2 mob and when i went to put in the pin i seen it was for Vodafone!! the shop gave me the wrong one and now they will not exchange it what should i do?

    i work at a newsagents n did the same fing!!! Confused n e ways they shuld swap it 4 u cz dey can sell it on!!!
