hi. i purchased a motorola v80 from the Carphone Warehouse in december 04. In April 05 the screen failed to work. the backlight on the keypad light up but the screen didnt. I took it to the shop and was sent for a repair. I was refused a refund or exchange on the spot and told it would have to be sent away for repair and then a replacement given if the phone was irreparable. Just wondering if anyone has had any similar problems with either the v80 or CPW?

yh i av. my joystick wuldnt work, its been in 4 repair nw 4 3 wks n i avent heard a fing!!!
