The car that was damaged in january is now repaired. The dealer still cannot comment about the cause, though I remain convinced that a 3 cyl engine misfired during engine braking, added extra braking and in this case caused the accident
The car is now traded in for a car with 4 cylinders that is not known to have a history of "shuddering". -

The light is warning you about the catalytic converter. It goes out if you cool the engine down for a bit but you'll need a new one before the ecu shuts you down permanently. More expense. -

Can anyone give me advice one this?
I have a friend with a corsa 12V Eco and it sounds like a tractor when i listened to it running it did sound like it wasnt running on all cylinders is it possible theres a spark plug fault has anyone elese experienced and overcome this situation? i do not klnow much about this type of engine either so any advice will be greatly appreciated! -

does it idle ok if the idle rev is not sitting at say 1000 rpm i think it could be your ecr vavle whcih is common in the vauxhalls with ecotec engines -

hi I wonder if any one can help! have a corsa 1.0l 3 cylinder it loses power when you accelerate only when going up hill and it does use in quite alot of fuel.I've changet the coil pack and spark plugs but still the same!Thank you
