Adjustable Ride Height ...

Ello peoples, I've got a pug 306 and i wana get some Spax adjustable suspension but ... does it alter the ride height higher and lower ? I want it to lower the car but also heighten it because here in Spain theres some nasty pot holes ready to stuff my new body kit into the ground !
